No Return & No Refund Policy

All purchases made on SHRUKA are final.

We do not provide:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Order cancellations after shipment

Exchange Eligibility

We only provide exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition

Exchange Process

  1. Record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
  2. Send the video to our WhatsApp customer support number within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review the issue.
  4. Once approved, an exchange will be arranged.

Important Conditions

  • Video proof is mandatory
  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging and tags must be available
  • Exchange requests without proper proof may be rejected

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong color or style selection by customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen display
  • Used or damaged products after delivery
